"Definitely not worth the cost of living here. It takes maintenance a few weeks to get anything done and when they do come they leave the job half finished most of the time. Our ceiling has been leaking water in our bathroom and garage off and on for the last year and they don’t fix it. They just replace the sheet rock and paint over it and then the leak breaks through again. Management won’t do anything about neighbors being loud in the middle of the night. If you move in to a two bedroom here prepare to have an electric bill of about $300 per month due to the inefficiency of the buildings."
"I had been looking for a place to find some peace, after having a terrible experience at a previous complex. Let me just say, that the property manager Becky, the leasing office staff Lori and Rachel, and the maintenance man Edgar exceeded expectations. Becky is the most genuine, caring, and professional property manager I have ever met. She went above and beyond to help me, and I just appreciate her so much. This complex is absolutely beautiful, clean, and well-kept. The community here is welcoming, kind, diverse, and family-oriented. Having neighbors that look out for one another is important and I am so grateful. I would 100% recommend living here."
"Avoid these apts all cost. Homeless people go through the trash and they do not do anything about it when they just ride their bikes in during 9-5 hours. The cameras do not work. Management will take sides of other apt guests without proof. I wish I never lived there not worth the cost at all. Definitely avoid these horrible apts and the new team and manager Becky couldn’t care less about her residents. They pick and choose which residents can have big dogs. There is dogs here that are not allowed per the lease agreement yet they are still in the apts. huskys and Rottweilers, pit bulls everywhere, beware of this apt."
