"Please don’t move here if you’re at all wanting peace and quiet in the privacy of your own home or work an adult job. Your neighbors will be nothing but college kids/immature adults who will party all night in a one bedroom apartment full of 13 people (confirmed), keeping you awake. If you’re a non-smoker, again save yourself the pain and don’t bother with this place. Your apartment will be filled with thick cigarette/marijuana smoke 24/7. The management will not do anything about said noisy people nor their disgusting smoking habits, even if we have severe allergies (If you live in an apartment and smoke, why not at least open a window?) your walls are thin as paper so you will never get any quiet time since you hear your neighbors’ every move. We were promised discounts that would be applied to our rent monthly, on multiple occasions and this never occurred even though I always pay rent on time. They charge an $18 fee just to pay rent online. Wasps would be in our apartment constantly. We went approximately a month without a clothes dryer. The gate is nearly always broken. Dumpster divers and street walkers make their way into the complex on a daily basis. I’ve almost gotten into several accidents in their parking lot because it’s designed poorly and the other people there like to speed like maniacs around corners without paying attention to their surroundings. The gym’s equipment is very old, and the gym is full of spiders. Lived here for 4 and half years and so glad we finally moved out. My quality of life has been 100% better. Living in another apartment complex, mind you. So don’t think it’s just apartments in general. I never hear a peep out of my new neighbors, and management actually cares. Wellsford Oaks needs to at least lower their rent prices, because it’s certainly not worth the money!"

"My family and I moved in March of this year. The office management is very professional and courteous. Maintenance usually resolves issues in a timely fashion, however A few occasions we’ve had to wait several days to a week to have an issue fixed. The reason I give only two stars is ever since we’ve moved in, we have been battling a major roach infestation. The management has sent pest control to our unit three times per month and the bugs always come back with a vengeance! The root of the roach problem may be that we have filthy neighbors. We know they smoke IN THEIR UNIT because is the smoke flows into our unit via the ventilation system. Furthermore, we live around a sketchy area and have experienced shootings within a block of the property! We will not be renewing our lease and are counting the days!"

"Literally the BEST PLACE TO LIVE EVER. I really appreciate the kindness of the front office staff and the DILIGENCE of the maintenance crew. They’re super approachable and anytime I have issues, they keep me informed and are willing to help me out. I don’t have complaints about living here. My neighbors are kind, the dogs are friendly in the neighborhood and honestly, the grounds are beautiful ESPECIALLY in the spring. We’re less than 10 min from Brookside, less than 10 min from Tulsa Hills, right across the street from riverside and less than 15 min from the Gathering Place.. I’m going on my third year of living in this complex and I honestly checked around just to see if I was missing anything and I came to the conclusion that I CLEARLY was not. This is a wonderful place to live."

"I've lived here over a year now and mostly love it. The staff is WONDERFUL. The apartments are well designed and usually quiet. The gym and pool are a little on the small side, but having them is really great. The location has great access to the highways, food, shopping, whatever you need. Maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful, but understaffed and can take a while to get to your apartment. We also have a horrible wasp and spider infestation in the buildings and it's gotten to the point that I have to be careful leaving my doors."

"An amazing place to live! It's everything I've wanted in an apartment. No bugs, no disruptive neighbors, amazing maintenance crew, nice staff, and free coffee and cookies every morning. The staff is kind, informative, graceful, and knowledgeable. The maintenance crew is quick, and efficient in making repairs. I recommend this apartment to anyone."
