"Bedbugs and roaches brought in by careless neighbors. Landlady hires unlicensed friend to spray for pests. The person spraying couldn’t even tell me what chemicals he was using. Lease agreement states that owner of the building is responsible for pest control, but they do nothing to actually combat the pests beyond a monthly pest spray from an unlicensed and unprofessional employee. I had to move and spend over a thousand dollars of my own money in order to eradicate the bedbugs from my belongings that I got from living here. Be VERY thorough when looking through a unit for pre-rental inspections."
"So I do not live here but I heard from one of my managers I work with that dose. His name is Art he said the staff is really nice and he has had a great time living there. I am most definitely calling on Monday."
"Diana from this complex apparently had my name and number saved (have no idea why or where she got it from). I missed a call from her number at 830am, not recognizing the number, I called it back. Diana answered the phone, irate, demanding information (who I was, where I lived, who i knew and lived with) from me, in spite of me explaining to her that I don't live there, never have, and have absolutely no idea who she is. After finally establishing with her that I have no clue who she is, where her apartments are, or even how she got my number, she proceeded to be rude and demand that I give her the last 4 digits of my number so she could delete it from her phone. "Ma'am, there is absolutely no reason to be rude, especially when you called MY PHONE demanding information from me." She argued "no. YOU'RE being rude,," and hung up on me. Still have absolutely no idea how she had my name and number, and considering her attitude, don't trust her not to harass me again. Again. I have never lived in these apartments nor have I ever even been to them, but the property manager is not someone I would EVER want to be incharge of my housing."
"Roaches, roaches everywhere. Management came to spray multiple times but they live in the floorboards in the building. Once we moved, it took us over six months and hundreds of dollars with a professional spraying service to get the roaches completely out of our house as they followed us from this apartment complex. Stay far away."
