"Recently moved in and I am beyond pleased! Not only are Terri and Mike very helpful, the maintenance men are as well. Everyone does their job and they definitely go above and beyond what's expected. It's also a plus that the apartment complex is very clean, and quiet. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a new place to call home."

"I wanted to move because of security issues at my last apartment! Terri and Mike worked with me and helped me to move in immediately. They were very helpful and personable. I feel like I am finally home. Any issues were immediately addressed and I love how they don’t take forever with maintenance issues. They made me feel like they really care about the tenants. I highly recommend these apartments if you want to save money!! All utilities included in rent is a win win for me!!!"

"I lived in this complex about 3 years ago and paid my rent on time every month. I had upstairs apartment which floor was about to collapse and was told they would come and fix it. Also management changed a few times and last management that came in would not listen. I explained that before they came if you didn't state you would be renewing your lease then they knew you were moving out. So, I didn't not say anything about leaving after my lease was over. I was out by first and turned in my keys and there was no damage. So two months later I had paid pet fee and deposit and they kept both and still sent to collections cause I didn't give them a notice. I told them my lease is over and never gave notice I was staying and still was charged and deposits were all kept. Very unprofessional"

"I moved in there in January of 2022 and have had nothing but good out of my apartment. If I've ever had an issue it has always been resolved very quickly. The management and staff are always there to listen if I have anything to say. Turnberry apartments and staff have turned this place around. I enjoy living there."

"When I moved into this apartment complex, about 5 years ago now, it did not seem as bad as it honestly is now. It has since gone down hill so far and so fast, that I honestly would not even recommend this place to someone who is desperate. Maintenance Concerns: They have failed to keep up on the maintenance of the Apartment over the entire span. The down stairs air conditioning still leaks to this day. The first step to the stairs has been 'fixed' multiple times, but has always returned to being a problem within months. When we first noticed the issue with the upstairs flooring, their response was to avoid the affected area, and it would be fixed when we left the apartment. The 'affected area' was inside a doorway, of a span of about 8 feet long! When they did 'attempt' to fix the floor, it didn't return it to being a cement floor with carpet on top, simply plywood, which since it was laid with the intent of cementing which never happened, the boards are very noticeable, as well as the edging between zones has sharp spots, so going barefoot is no longer a good idea. The upstairs bathroom fan died within a year of moving in, and they were notified, but it has been on 'backorder' since. They 'notified me' that they lost their key to the apartment, and instead of offering to replace the locks, they demanded I supply them with a copy, at my own expense! Did I mention they are neglecting the maintenance on the apartment? As if that was not bad enough, One of my vehicles which was reported to the office to be my property, was vandalized and ransacked by a tenant that was allowed into the apartment complex, that they later informed me were drug users, that they had evicted. They had 'assumed' that the vehicle had belonged to those people, and were going to have it towed. What is worse, my Motorcycle, which was in the back of my truck, was also vandalized, and I had obtained permission from the Apartment manager directly to have it on site while I made arrangements to get it fixed. Alas, this was not meant to be, because only a few days later, the apartment complex had posted notices that the vehicles were going to be towed, and did not even give the state required 48 hours notice! Vehicles, because one of the marked vehicles was my roommates moped, which worked just fine, and should not have been marked as such, and they complained about a bicycle on the back porch, identifying it as a motorcycle. They later, disposed of it, but said nothing of the exercise equipment until almost several months later, despite already having prior permission! In the last few years, they have also increased the rent (rather forcibly I might add) claiming that the street value was higher than prior, despite the lease agreement renewal should have been for the same prior value. I find it hard to believe the street value went up, since from time to time, you can actively observe drug deals going down in the parking lot, a feat that was not possible when I had moved in. The icing on the cake? The moped that my roommate owned just got stolen from in front of the apartment. This is not the first time a vehicle of ours has been broken into while living here, and subsequently vandalized, as his first moped was vandalized by some of the 'tenants' as well, which cost my roommate out of pocket to get it fixed. They insist on using a 'old school' method for paper filing, which means they have a hard time finding the requested maintenance work orders (and as such, never follow up on anything). They claim to always return calls when a message is left on the answering machine, however, I know this to be a false claim. The laundry list of problems with this place is so bad, that if you are considering it, I would honestly say consider anyplace else. This place went from great, to an absolutely regrettable decision."
