"Donna & Alyssa are very helpful. There's no disconnect between the tenant and corporate like other apartment complexes. They value the tenant and that's honestly the biggest reason, in my opinion, why Anatole gets great word of mouth and why people like living here. They know they will be taken care of if any problems occur. Management is willing to reach out to the people up top to get them to help in any way they can. They don't just treat you like your a number who signed a lease and hold you to the fire, so to say. Its hard to explain but there's a great vibe here that no other place I've lived at has come close to providing. Its one of those things you have to just experience."

"My husband and I lived here for the last year. It was by far the best apartment experience we have ever had, and we were so sad to have to move to a different state and find a new apartment. The office staff alone makes this a great experience because they are all so friendly and know you by name. The amenities are great, and the units were beautiful. We rarely had any maintenance issues, and when we did, they were so quick at getting things fixed. One of the maintenance guys was occasionally a jerk, but he still got the job done so I cant complain too much. Truly a great experience, and I highly recommend living here. We will miss it greatly!"

"We have lived here for 3 years and we will probably never leave. The office staff (Donna, Alyssa, and Sam) always seem to drop whatever they are doing to be helpful to residents. They are WONDERFUL! The maintenance guys (David, Kevin, and Seth) are the absolute best. Anytime we have something that needs attention, they are always quick to respond and the problem gets solved. Our location is phenomenal. Everything that we need is within a mile or so. That includes groceries, gas, pharmacy, and restaurants. I cannot imagine that better apartment living exists anywhere in Norman."

"My son is currently staying here. All I can say is the property seems rather mismanaged. I took his dog out and it's a complete mud pit everyday after the sprinklers run. There is no mulch or bedding around any of the trees or shrubbery causing the mud problem. This property needs a new manager who can see the signs of the poor landscaping. There is no pest control, the lights are filled with bugs in the hallways, ant/termite hills everywhere, wasp nests, and dead birds everywhere. I have to laugh because the sprinkler system is on the other side of their retaining wall, running and they have no clue. The water heater sits right above the dryer so you'll definitely hit your head a time or two. Some of the columns are leaning so badly, again management is clueless, or just doesn't care. I noticed a lot of smoking here as well. Not great if your concerned about second hand smoke. No one picks up trash around the community. It could be a nice place to live but they definitely need a professional groundskeeper and better landscaping company, better pest control and managers to pay attention."

"These are actually pretty nice apartments. The only downside is that the floors are either really thin or we had elephants above us that would stomp around. ALL... NIGHT... EVERY... NIGHT... They're pet friendly which is great. There are dedicated areas for your pets to take care of their business. They also provide potty bags to pick up after them. If you have a pet, be responsible and pick up after them so I don't have to then smear your door knob with your dogs poop. Ok? Thanks. The staff is friendly. The location is nice. Near a convenience store for quick runs and getting gas on your way in or out. Walmart is down the street too. I'd recommend it. Just don't stay below elephants. They won't let you sleep."
