"DO NOT MOVE HERE!! If you value your privacy and don’t want a maintenance man outside of your apartment or running out of his shed everytime you open your door don’t move here. If you want a clean laundry room that is taken care of by the maintenance men who never seem to leave outside your apartment don’t move here. If you don’t want stupid vague notices every other week to two weeks don’t move here. This complex doesn’t value privacy and they pick on younger tenants to keep them from renewing I’ve lived in complexes before this and by far the worst experience they intentionally leave notices that require questions and leave them right before they leave at 5 on Fridays so you cannot call them, and if you do they probably will just say they don’t know please do not move here !"

"Honest Review - Pros and Cons Cons: 1. Security Concerns: Savannah Ridge has unfortunately been marred by instances of security threats, including the unsettling situation where the management threatened to break into my apartment. 2. Billing Issues: The leasing office consistently struggles with accurate rent calculations, opting for prorated amounts based on days in the month rather than adhering to the fixed monthly rate. 3. Hygiene Challenges: The property is plagued by persistent issues with mice and roaches, creating an ongoing concern for cleanliness and comfort. 4. Thin Walls: Despite attempts to create a luxurious space, the reality falls short due to paper-thin walls, leading to a lack of privacy and disturbances from neighboring units. 5. High Staff Turnover: The frequent turnover among office staff raises questions about the work environment and management stability. 6. Wi-Fi - they force you to use/pay for their wifi which is from a company nobody has ever heard of. Sketch. Pros: On a more positive note, 1. Scenic Surroundings: Savannah Ridge benefits from a beautiful location surrounded by attractive houses. 2. New Gym: The recent addition of a gym is a positive amenity for residents. 3. Packages never stolen. 4. Maintenance helped secure look on the door and has always been reachable. 5. I got $100 reimbursed for them threading to break into my apartment for something that was not my fault but theirs."

"You know that happy, welcomed feeling you would feel when you pulled into your childhood home driveway? Well, I had never lived in an apartment complex before, but Savannah Ridge was highly recommended to me when I first moved into Norman from out of state. I lived there five years, and I really loved it! The pool was kept fresh and clean, the managers dealt promptly with any issues that came up, and the neighbors were friendly; Savannah Ridge was my home. I'm in a house now, but whenever I drive by Savannah Ridge, happy memories of my time there fill my mind. I still stop by now and then to say "Hello!" at the front office. Savannah Ridge is a good place to live!"

"I have lived in a few different apartment complexes in three different states. Savannah Ridge in Norman, OK has been my absolute favorite. I am coming up on two years of living here and only have small, miniscule complaints. Move in was so clean, property managers are so kind and helpful, and it's a quiet but supportive community (best of both worlds in my opinion). Maintenance can sometimes get backed up but they do their best staying on top of it and bringing in help. The good thing is they are always communicative so you are aware of what's going on. They hold fun events to keep the community alive. Pool is nice and new fitness center is coming! Cannot recommend this complex enough."

"Hands down the absolute BEST apartment home living experience myself and my children have ever had! Amber and Jenna were so responsive, attentive, kind and helpful anytime I had a question or needed help. They were warm and welcoming from the day I stepped in to apply. Brian from the maintenance team was wonderful! The whole staff knew my family by name and made us feel safe and comfortable always. I highly recommend choosing them for your future apartment home!"
