"Horrible management. And worse place to stay. Never come to fix any problem. My ac was not working so they gave me a window unit for the bedroom for 9 months and never fixed the ac unit. While I was moving to their one bedroom apt to two bedroom apt maintenance guys got into my apt to take out the window ac unit and stole bunch of stuff including my laptop, iPhone 11 , sound box , apple watch , some of my shoes and clothes they liked, my luggage bags , money , commercial deep fryer for my store and some few stuff . I asked the manager she said she told the maintenance people to take them back but they never bring them back . Management did nothing about it . They told me I will get a free month rent if i stay with them. I told them I need to move to two bedroom . They gave me two bedroom and I signed the lease last December 2023 and moved in the middle of the month . They told me me I will get free months rent on March 2024 . Instead of giving me free rent for my two bedroom with is $1095 they are telling me they will give me free rent amount on my previous one bedroom apt which in only $699. I never experienced treacherous management like this. Out of all this The thing that really upset me is when I called the management I talked to a lady named Marry about the situation she iwas so rude to me that she won't let me talk . I heard what she explained and didn't say any word but when I was trying to say something she started yelling at me and kept telling me don't go there while I was just trying to say what I was in impression with about the free rent that I thought I would get free rent for the 3rd months on my new two bedroom apt. I called because I was just confused about the rent amount. But her yelling at me like that just proof that they have no concern about their tenant and have no respect for them."
