"Horrible smelling! I only delivered a grocery order. I was inside for maybe 5 minutes & I had to go home & change, the stale cigarette smoke was disgusting & stuck in my clothing in that short time. This place is an income based housing building for the elderly & disabled, it should not be allowed to smell like it does!"
"I have been a resident of midtown Manor for a couple years ...I appreciate the staff at Midtown Manor from the Office staff to the Housekeeper...and the maintenance people.. there's compassion and friendliness but also a sense of professionalism because this is a Hud facility.. I am grateful to live here."
"Sorry to say but it's basically a "HIGH RISE GHETTO". A lot of units are bug infested and run down. There are units that have strong unpleasant smells of pet urine and feces. Maintenance seems almost non-existent. Or at the very least extremely slow in coming. Also the atmosphere seems a little unsafe. ( Not recommended). You decide."
"My elderly aunt lives there and Seth, the manager, and staff all treat her good. When I call (I'm 325 miles away) to talk to Seth or any if the staff about something, I'm always treated with respect and professionalism. I have read all the reviews about this place, and you know?...there are people, unfortunately, in the world, that complain about EVERYTHING. I wouldn't place much weight on the negative reviews."
"Not exactly the best place to live, but it's a roof over your head. Most tennants are generally nice and easy to get along with. Staff is somewhat easy to get along with, if you can tolerate the occasional "double standard" regarding policy. Otherwise, great place in a somewhat quiet area. Love the fact that you can catch city buses from outside the building, and there is entertainment and restaurants within walking distance."
