"my family had ordered a 200 dollar wreath on an isle for a loved one who has passed. when reviving the flowers we had immediately noticed that the color scheme we had chosen, was completely ignored and possibly switched with someone else's order just assuming bc of how off it is. then upon further inspection we realized not only was the colors COMPLETELY wrong there is multiple holes in this arrangement showing the oasis block used to hold the flowers, was showing! when calling the store they denied all knowledge to the actual color scheme even when shown the reference photos off their own website. to say we are disappointed is an understatement, the arrangement was offered to be filled in more. but we are already having to change the entire color scheme so what's the point of having more of the wrong color flowers added to, in my professional opinion, as a florist myself, a poorly executed, arrangement. never would i send out a product especially for that value with the oasis showing. this company new of the deceased and unfortunately still let us down. the first photo is the reference and then the last two what we received."
