I called Pippin Brothers desperate late yesterday after having a new fridge delivered but a leaking valve in our wall that needed to be used as the water connection. The receptionist walked through the process of someone coming out today thoroughly. We were notified multiple times of new time frames and even received a text with Austin’s picture. After walking through our concerns in other parts of the house and advising us, Austin was able to identify the problem, went to 2 locations to get the part, and come back and fix the problem, and then asking AGAIN if there was anything else he could do for us. Great first experience with Pippin and we will be asking for him again."
"Chris Sims was extremely professional and fixed my clogged drain, and disposal in a timely manner. He also replaced my hot water heater supply lines. He didn’t try to convince me to replace anything I didn’t need which is extremely rare compared to many other companies that I’ve dealt with in the Lawton area. I would recommend Pippin Brothers to anyone."
"Receptionist was lovely. Sean the “plumber” really should find a job he enjoys and takes pride in. Showed up first thing in the morning looking like he was on a bender the night before. He walked through the home and really didn’t touch anything or take measurements told me this problem “wasn’t worth his time”. Then came back with an un believable quote. He showed up on time and they were able to come out quickly. I would not recommend this company. First impressions are everything and your employees really should look presentable."
