"They charge for 3 hours of labor even if the move takes less, they didn't tell us that until the movers were at our door. Came a day late because they didn't change the date after we requested to set it the day before at their suggestion. I think it was all for the purpose of charging an extra $100 for being on a sunday. But that's what happens when you make changes over the phone instead of getting it in writing. I wish we went with Rescue Me instead."

"I called this business today and the woman who answered the phone was downright mean to me. I am trying to understand what I said to make her hang up on me, but I can honestly tell you all I did was call for a quote and start to explain what I wanted. Before I got any further than "I work for an online retail company" she said "No, we don't do that". I'm not sure what she thought I was going to ask, but it was a legitimate local move. Even if what I was asking was a service they don't provide, most companies would let a person finish their sentence before hanging up on them. It was bizarre. After the phone call I sat stunned at my desk as the people around me asked why I had stopped talking mid sentence. If I can offer them advice I would tell them to be patient and treat each customer with respect."
