"Receptionist in person is really rude but the phone person is nice, and rest of staff is helpful. But the first person you see ruins this place. I prefer Keller pool supply’s, there customer service is amazing comparatively. Also what Sabrina said is exactly how it is. Also Conley is better as while those are two are near the area and employees actually care."
"SCP always has what we need to build the best pools in Utah! Highest quality product gets the highest quality results! We don’t compromise on quality. If you want cheap don’t build with Huskie’z and don’t buy from SCP We double mat all our rebar and only use the highest quality shotcrete. Jandy products are our preferred source for pumps and controllers."
"The front desk person should not be in customer service. Ignored when walked in as he was typing on his computer for several minutes. Felt like he couldn't see me standing right in front of him. And then he made very little effort to see if what I needed was in stock. I suspect it was in stock but he didn't want to look. Drove after to another supplier down the road, who had over a 100 in stock of what I was looking for. Don't waste your time here."
"The customer service at this location is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. Every time I go in half the guys working the counter either have no idea what they’re doing or they’re high. The other half of them are rude, miserable, and apathetic; I don’t understand why they bother showing up to work. I can’t count the number of times they’ve snapped at me and my coworkers for things like asking simple questions. Even worse, they’ve yelled at my customers. Other SCP branches are always great, but everybody I’ve ever talked to has had the same issues with this one."
"Called this location about a month a head of time to ensure plaster we needed for a hotel job would be put on hold. Called again about a week before we were suppose to make the 7 hour drive to ensure plaster was still on hold. Twice i was told by 2 different people that the plaster we needed would be at this location only to get there and it's not! Now we have to drive an additional 4 hours out of the way to correct their mistake. This is very frustrating and makes us lose money as well as delay our job. I gave a 2 star because they had half of our hold order there. So, we at least didn't leave this location empty handed...."
