"First time I went. Spent $75 on my set of nails and the next day it was peeling. I went back and she fixed it however it shouldn’t have been like that in the first place. Second time I went the girl did not put enough chrome color and it didn’t look the way I asked for in the picture. I let it go and didn’t say anything. Third time weeks later I came at 3pm and they closed at 4. One hour till closing. The lady asked how can she help me and I told her I need my acrylics removed, she very rudely said she was closed and it’s too busy and they cannot help me. She nearly shoved me out the door. Why would your door be open and why would you ask me how can you help if you are too busy. That was the last time I will ever be back. It was very rude to treat me that way when there was plenty of time for me to wait. Even the other guy who worked there was looking at her shocked and other customers were appalled by the way she was speaking to me. I was totally embarrassed and I’ll never return. UPDATE TO REPLY: I am talking about your nail salon. It was going to snow the next day and you were closing early at 4pm. I did not know this. The roads were fine and your salon was full. Owner was out visiting her mother or something."
"I really hate leaving bad reviews but after the poor customer service and similar reviews I decided to move forward with it. I went in for a manicure and pedicure on Wednesday during my lunch break. The first two photos show what the nails looked like directly after I left once I got back to the office. Did not polish the whole nail, splotchy, and just overall looked very poorly done. The next three photos were taken yesterday. Chipping and cracking. The final photo is from today. Two days after I got them done. It is a shame I will have to take the polish off tonight. I emailed them with no response, then when I called and asked how I can go about getting a refund they told me they don’t do refunds that they will only fix them. I do not have time to go in and get ALL of my nails redone including my pedicure because my toenails are the exact same quality. I am very disappointed because the staff was nice when I was in there and it was very clean. If I would have had time to get them corrected while I was there then I would have. I will not be returning here unless it is to receive a refund."
