I promise you’ll never be sorry ❤️ !!! To be fair my husband recently and unexpectedly passed away. He wouldn’t let anyone touch his hair except Ginger! When she cut his hair back in 2010, while Mandy was doing mine. Everyone has a bad day or something is going on in life we don’t know about. Just be Blessed and Happy. Ginger is another part of the Old Crew and I know her personally. She’s a wonderful caring soul! Who would never intentionally hurt someone!! Just Be Happy feel Blessed anyone is able to get out and get their hair done! You’re not promised a tomorrow! She would and will always right her wrongs. They all will!!"

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My 72 yr old grandmother was treated so badly here by gynger that when I picked her up she was in complete tears. She was embarrassed. Gynger acted so annoyed by the fact my grandmother was telling her what she wanted done to hair so much that she literally told my grandmother she told her "you know I've been doing this 40+ years you act like I don't know what I'm doing" "everytime you come in here i have to re explain everything" "I don't know why you have to keep telling me every little thing like I don't know what I'm doing". So all I want to say to that is cutting somebody hair is a very serious thing. Your literally changing the way someone looks your responsible for how they're going to feel about themselves after wards so if someone telling you how they want there hair bothers you. Find another job lady."

"I was told they couldn't cut my hair shorter in the back than in the front. If I wanted that, I'd have to wait until a specific person was there. My sister was told that there wasn't anyone there that could cut her curly hair. I have been going here for 15 years and this was ridiculous."
