"I had my my hair cut and color by Ashleigh Baker.... She told me how fast and amazing she was... I wanted to believe her. She butchered my hair and gave me the worst highlight job I have ever had. She overcharged my card by 40 dollars and has refused to make it right or return the money. I am so upset. I would never use her if you are particularl about your hair as I am. The length is uneven on both sides and the layers are completely wrong. My hair is long on the outside and short in the middle. My hair was to my bottom... She cut it almost to my shoulders "to save color products" as she said. I am so sick about this whole situation."

"If you want a personal experience without that "open" floor concept, this is definitely your place! It's more private without having to listen to everyone else or them to you. You actually have the attention of your stylist! Everything is done in one room. No going to this room for shampooing or over here for the hairdryer. I have a feeling I won't be going anywhere else for a very long time!"
