"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately left behind my $200 toothbrush. Despite contacting the hotel promptly, I have been met with frustrating delays in their efforts to locate and return my item. It is perplexing to me how difficult it seems for the housekeeping staff to report the discovery of a lost item and promptly communicate with guests to arrange for its return. My toothbrush was clearly left in the room, and it is disappointing that the hotel has not been more proactive in resolving this matter. Overall, I am very disappointed with the level of service and communication provided by this hotel. Losing a valuable item is frustrating enough, but the lack of urgency and efficiency in addressing the issue only compounds my dissatisfaction with my stay. I hope the hotel management takes steps to improve their procedures for handling lost items and enhances their communication with guests to prevent similar incidents in the future."

"Quick check in service, convenient, spacious double Queen beds room. My room is unfortunately facing the main street which is abit noisy at night. My room did not come with breakfast. There is an ice, microwave, coffee area on every floor. The room has a fridge, seating area for two, shower area is pretty new. Overall great experience!"

"Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Gerri at the front desk was very kind, amiable, and accommodating. She is a helpful and fantastic person. She always has a smile on her face and made our stay extra special. We will stay here again! Thanks Gerri!"

"Very outdated. The hotel is nice but lots of features are worn and just dated. Restaurant and bar is really lacking. Wine list was terrible. weight room was good but lots of equipment was worn out or out of operation. Only one weight bench. Pretty good location but I wish i had stayed a few blocks further North, closer to some sights and city creek area. clean and quiet hotel though."

"The rooms are nice but the customer service is awful. We left my sons sound machine in our room and called immediately after driving home which is only about a 30 minute drive and they were no help. I’ve called again twice and told them it was 1000% left in the room and they basically told me oh well it could have just gotten misplaced and maybe it will show up. So I guess a maid gets to go home with our nice sound machine and they’re okay with dishonest workers. The lady in the cafe for breakfast is also not friendly and gets annoyed when you politely ask her for things. My advice is to stay somewhere else."
