"Tyler is amazing! He showed me a bunch of different boats, took time to answer all of my questions, texted back and forth with me a bunch answering more questions. Ultimately (because of our budget) we decided to go with an older Centurion from another dealer in SLC since BoardCo didn't have any FS44's in stock. When I let Tyler know, he was sincerely excited for me that I found a boat that was a great fit. Here's where Tyler went absolutely above and beyond. BoardCo had serviced the boat in the past (it had BoardCo covers on the trailer guides) so he asked for the HIN number so he could do some background research. Let that sink in... Have you ever seen that kind of service from any salesperson in any industry? 15 minutes after sending him the HIN, Tyler let me know that there wasn't anything there in the service history that would prevent me from buying it and that BoardCo would be happy to service it in the future even though I didn't buy it from them. Add this experience to the hundreds of hours they've done educating people on boats on YouTube, and what can I say? Boardco is doing it right and employing really great people!"

"I bought a phase five board turbo online. Package got stolen. FedEx can’t do anything about it. And Boardco offered me $50 discount if I wanted to buy a replacement On a 800 board. They tried working out with FedEx but we couldn’t get a better solution. I lost my money and my board. Even with videos of evidence not happy."
