"Had a warranty issue with 2019 tracker targa v18. Consoles were both cracked and covered under warranty. Took the boat in once they communicated the new consoles were delivered. They then found that the new consoles had cracks in them so they had to wait for another set to arrive. This was dec 22. I asked if they would keep the boat inside in the meanwhile. They said yes. Long story short the new consoles and install was not completed until March 6. When I went to pick up my boat it was clear that it had been left outside the whole time uncovered. Everything had sun and weather damage. Especially seats, vinyl, plastic and carpeted area on boat. New graphics on new installation were also bubbling up. I asked if it was left outside and they confirmed. Not acceptable. If I had know I would have brought a cover. Overall install was okay but very disappointing to have my boat left out in the rain sun and snow most of the winter. No attempt was made to right the problem."

"We had nothing but amazing service from the minute we walked in. My husband and son scoped out the perfect boat for them. Speaking to Josh he was helpful and helped navigate the best direction for my husband’s interest. We returned and my husband was able to make a clear decision and was happy with it. We had a console installed and we were able to pick it right up. Swann was very helpful and answered all of our questions. If you’re in the market for a boat, side by side or a trailer check them out!! They actually had many items for sale."

"This was initially going to be a one star review. We purchased a trailer and 3 trackers. At pickup the trailer hitch was broken and after putting 9 miles on one of the trackers it was leaking fluids. Rich beyond rectified the situation and turned our experience around. He did the right thing and we appreciate his integrity. We have our working trailer and 3 working trackers. And Rich spent almost a full day making that happen. Thank you."
