"I went in about three weeks ago as a first-time gun buyer. There were two men working and they were both helping other people, so I waited and looked around the store. I started looking in the display cases a little bit and noticed they had a very meager selection of firearms. Finally, one of them asked “need somethin’?” I asked a few questions about available guns (I was looking for the P365, which they didn’t have), any suggestions, only got one or two word answers, by and large felt more like a nuisance to them than a customer, and left the store without purchasing anything and with no intentions of ever returning. Really disappointed. Customer service isn’t there."

I used the range with a friend and found it to be a great place to shoot and sight-in new rifles. I recommend visiting this store and range. "I had left a negative review years ago. Complaining about an employee that they had, and his rude political rants/opinions. And I hadn't been back since. Well I went back yesterday, as they had the cheapest price on something I wanted to order. Dealt with the owner of the place and it was very pleasant. As a matter of fact, all my interactions had been pleasant except for ones with the bad employee. My old review came up in conversation. Turns out, that employee hadn't worked there for years at the time I had dealt with him. His spouse did, and apparently he likes to go behind the counter and act like he still belongs or something. Maybe an ego thing, who knows. The owner assured me that he doesn't work there, and hasn't for a very long time (around 10 years). So I am writing this review to retract my previous one, as I am unable to remove it for some reason. I just hope that the person I had a bad experience with, no longer hangs out behind the counter and misrepresents a good business. I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future."
