Amber provided unbelievable, impeccable customer service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a SUPERB job. My son left very pleased with the service and care he received. "5 days ago I took my boots to be repaired, it was only to put the plastic on the tips of the boots and new shoelaces, they said it would take 12 hours and they would have them ready for me . 5 days passed, they never call me and about the repair it seems that I fix them in a 2-year-old child They also broke one of the metals where the shoelaces go, the truth is the worst repair that can be done"
"They have shorter hours now but the service here is excellent. McKenna helped me find my fit and helped me decide between two pairs of shoes I was interested in. You will be treated the same here if you make a purchase or not."
