"We purchased a swing set for our children years ago and are now getting a swing set for our grandchildren. The first swing set is still in great condition; but cemented in so it's not going anywhere. The sales man knows his product and answered all our questions. Can't wait for the new set."

"We purchased a trampoline and full playset, swings, tower, etc about 23 years ago. I've had to replace our tramp mat and bumper several times. It wasn't till this last time that I was fed up with uneducated online companies that my husband reminded me that Pitcher's manufactured our tramp. So, I went back yesterday and bought the perfect mat and bumper. On top of that, we had one portion of the frame that was tweaked. Rather than force us to buy a whole new frame, they sold us one piece. NOW, THAT'S SERVICE. I'm an unapologetically an online buyer yet I learned with this that face to face, local manufacturing is a beautiful thing. Pitcher's is my go to from now on! They have so many fun things in that store! Go check them out. And even though they were all masked, I was not and they didn't say one word to me. It was after the statewide mandate was lifted for groups under 50 ppl which was the case in the store. And.....the employee was very helpful. Straight to the point and very knowledgeable."

"If customer service matters to you DO NOT GO HERE. I worked with three different people during the process of buying a trampoline mat and all 3 have horrible attitudes. Apparently I was putting them out. The comments and poor customer service they provided was so annoying, I was willing to pay more and even drive an hour to Sandy because of them, the only reason I didn’t is because I would of waited two weeks and I needed it ASAP for my daughters health condition."

"Do not order anything from them expecting prompt delivery or good customer service. Awful follow through and impossible to get delivered. We purchased a pool table through Pitchers. We had to contact Pitcher's a week later to try and set up delivery, they did not contact us as previously discussed. We were told it would be delivered Monday and waited all day through multiple excuses as to why delivery kept getting delayed. Delivery was then set up for the next day and it was delay after delay as to why we could not get delivery on time. When calling Pitcher's to resolve the problem we were dismissed. Horrible service and impossible to communicate with."

"I went to buy a swing for my swing set. They had exactly what I wanted but no prices on the items. When I looked for an employee to talk to, there’s was literally nobody in the building. There were two other customers there with me and we all looked for awhile. Eventually an employee came in from an outside door. Even though we were all waiting he proceeded to answer phone calls and spent a significant amount of time talking to customers on the phone. When I asked if he could simply tell me some prices on swings he told me he was busy helping other Customers. Worst customer service ever!! I left and will not be back!"
