"Mashell is the most incompetent, Inconsistent, condescending person I’ve met. She would email me one thing and when I got to the office it was a different story. Her stories kept changing, she would tell me “yes we do this for EVERYONE” then id question and she would say “well I didn’t mean everyone” she also was kind enough to tell me she gave me a ‘call as a courtesy’ when she in fact, never called me. Wish I could add photos/voice memos of the emails vs conversation in office !"

"Bad customer service. The first person didn't even let me finish reading the title of a letter I got. The second person who I was transferred to also didn't even let me get past, "I got a notice". They just said "oh you probably this and this" but they didn't even ask me exactly what was on my notice I couldn't get past a first sentence . I don't understand how you can't even wait for me to read a title for noticed I got. Seems like they're bothered by maybe getting the same question asked and asked, who knows. Horrible customer service overall."

"We were given Ray beck as our 1031 administrator, WORST experience ever. After many other successful exchanges, Ray was more expensive, never responsive to emails in a timely manner (most were replied weeks after the original email was sent to his office) closing day comes, he and he team are MIA even after conversations through the week leading up to the close. After three phone calls before the 5 PM EST cutoff, Ray finally initiates the wire. Then he sends and email telling me that I am misinformed. WHAT? HORRIBLE customer service. Use InWest Title, they are loads more helpful and less expensive to use. Ray and the team received 1-Star too many."

"Make sure you get your agreements in writing. A handshake agreement was not enough for me and promised services were not given. They seem like solid attorneys, but extra charges were added after we had an agreement. Unfortunately, this makes them untrustworthy."
