"Had my son's birthday party here. The kids had so much fun! The little ones that attended (3 yrs old) had a blast as well. There is a separate ( not mandatory) toddler area for them to play. Honestly I even had a good time. This is a place that would be difficult to become bored of. There really is a lot to do, and the atmosphere is upbeat and fun. Also kept nice and clean. Highly recommend"
"I love this place. Have always loved this place. I was there for 2 hours and they had a lady vacuuming the facility while kids/adults were jumping! LOVE THAT! I also love the new soft play upstairs they have for little kids. That is A BIG PLUS! Well done! However while I was there, some Sh!t Head kids were breaking the soft play and spilling water upstairs! Parents, WATCH YOURE KIDS! A recommendation would be, have an employee walking the floor. Too many kids take food and drink upstairs and all over, then spill it. Second thing on the soft play, safety is a big concern for me. And the soft play airplane that was made upstairs has too much exposed wood, stapes and sharp things that will cut my kids. Also, the upstairs soft play was trashed by previously mentioned kids and there’s screws laying loose around the floor. I understand this is a big facility and you can’t watch everything, but anytime I’m here, I only ever see 2 MAYBE 3 staff people. Parents don’t always watch there kids, extra supervising staff would be a huge plus."
"My kids love this place. Kind of expensive unless you go on Fridays or Saturdays in which they have a 3 hour special for $20 per jumper from 7pm-10pm. Every time we've gone, it's been pretty empty. The concession stand and arcade are 10/10. Very clean and well-kept atmosphere."
"We love Fly High! There's something for everyone here; the staff is nice and the facility is clean. They are also always trying to make improvements to an already great trampoline park and they listen to customer feedback. With Halloween around the corner, October is a fun time to go- their decorations are great! We will most likely do our next birthday party here."
