"I took my kid to the park and saw that they had brought all their kids there, obviously not a problem at all. What I thought was strange was that all 3 teachers were sitting in the same spot distracted by talking with each other. There wasn't any staff standing up/walking around keeping an eye on the kids. I would be concerned if my kid was being taken out in public and not properly looked after. They need to be watching these children more closely."

"One star ⭐️ Poor communication. Poor/incorrect documentation. Poor scheduling of events. Lack of arts and crafts and supplies. Lack of toys. I was told many things that were untrue or not told things at all. They DO NOT CARE about the children or families at this school. The director is extremely rude and unprofessional. The ONLY fully supplied room is the head start room, which is a different program. Also, in the morning they lack security by not having anyone working the front office. They leave the door to the office open that gives full access to the classrooms. Anyone could enter the building and hop over the front desk. The front doors to the building are not locked or passcode protected. So ANYONE can enter. They lied about things my daughter ate when she didn’t. Even after I pulled her out I was getting notifications she was eating there. Will update with pictures soon, I need to get them off of my fiancés phone. Send your kids here if you have low expectations for childcare and their safety. There is a lot more I can add to this. The ONLY people I enjoyed were one of the kitchen workers and one of her teachers who wore a head scarf."

"I was working ABA therapy last summer and one of my clients was at Kidz Town. I personally witnessed older kids snuggling on the couch without supervision, kids biting, hitting, and throwing toys at me and my client, staff leaving one person in charge of 15+ kids, and so much more. It was shocking. The staff is under trained and most shouldn’t be in child care, IMO. They absolutely do not follow all state mandates."

"Kidz Town is the best! All of the teachers there are so friendly and trustworthy. I have been bringing my two infant daughters there since March. I can trust that when I drop them off their teachers are attentive towards their needs and let me know throughout the day if anything is wrong. The admins and director go above and beyond to make sure each child is getting the care they deserve. 10/10"
