"I go to Best Buy for most of my electronics, or just to compare prices. This location has a great selection of TVs both high end and low. Sales are frequent and varied. I enjoy the pick-up option, this location is often faster than others in the area when it comes to pick-up. All the displays are well made and placed well. The stores layout is also quite nice. They also have a decent selection of movies and video games. Staff is always willing to help should you need assistance, I can’t speak for the expertise of the Geek Squad myself but I’ve heard others say it’s quite good on most products. Best Buy also offers price matching from reputable sources which is a nice touch."
"I went to buy Persona 3 Reload for the PS5, and I had some trouble finding it, so I asked one of the staff who didn't hesitate to help me. While they went to go look for the game in the back, another staff member asked me if I needed any help while I was waiting, and thankfully, I was already being helped. This good shopping experience is just one of many, and going to Best Buy is always a pleasure. While I may not know any of the staff personally, everyone I talked to was super friendly and helpful. I honestly recommend that anyone looking to buy a new video game or some new gaming hardware should shop at Best Buy."

"The past couple times I've visited this store the staff have been pretty helpful or at least attentive overall. We've purchased a new TV recently and they were helpful and patient while talking with us about what we were looking for. They've also been pretty great at taking a lot of stuff from us for electronic waste recycling (see their website for more details about what they do or do not take). I had a relative work there once so I'm not blind to some of their issues but as a customer, it's a pretty painless process."
