"I have never stayed at a hotel in utah. This was the best experience at a hotel I've ever had. Continental breakfast, jacuzzi, and heated pool. Was an amazing experience and i highly recommend this hotel. Its a 5 star in a 3 star price. Please visit. Affordable and excellent. I will be returning."

"The hotel is located near many restaurants and right in front of Walgreens. Our room was supposed to be non-smoking. The room reeked of cigarette smoke; there was a hole on the third floor of the hallway; you could not see it because the carpet covered it. It is a hazard and needs to be taken care of right away. The room had not been cleaned; there was someone's shirt under the heater, trash on the floor, and in the bathroom. The bathroom tub was dirty; the tiles looked like they would fall off. How does a brand like La Quinta keep hotels that are this run down and disgusting on their franchise? The comments keep saying that they are in the middle of remodeling, but I didn't see any remodeling being done. Adhere to the warnings in the reviews; DO NOT stay here."

"Rooms smelled of mold and stale air. My friend and I ended up waking up sick. They also put us next to a group of teens to early 20’s after wanting a different room. They need to revamp and clean those rooms and figure out the smell. The front desk should also have the whereabouts to not put to grown men next to some kids. You decide for yourself."

"This was a decent hotel for people on a budget. Whole place kind of smells. The toilet in our room didn’t flush great and would bubble and splash your business on you, and the bathtub was all yellow and gross. The indoor pool and hot tub is absolutely disgusting, but it is January, so the maintenance isn’t great. I’ve stayed in a Motel 6, so I can’t say this hotel sucks, but it wasn’t the cleanest, greatest place to be. The service was great and the breakfast had a very wide variety. Was also pretty pet-friendly. Would probably be a lot better with some higher maintenance and renovations. Overall, I’d give it 2.5/3 stars."
