"The salespeople are very caring and make an excellent effort to understand your needs and to supply you with the best product. I absolutely love how you can interact with the salespeople on cell phones texting or calling. We live in a Cell Phone World, and I love how RC Willey's has adapted their sales department to interact with the cell phone world. We purchased a bed and TV on our last visit and we are so happy with the product and the salespeople. We have purchased other appliances in the past and have always had excellent service. "We actually ordered our appliances over the phone. We knew what we wanted and trust RC Willey to be reliable. The delivery drivers were on time and kept us posted as to when they would arrive. We have always been happy with RC Willey and our purchases there. We continue to go back! We’re disappointed in the GE fridge we bought. Their quality has slipped quite a bit. Because they’re the only ones that make appliances in the slate color, we had to go with them. This has nothing to do with RC Willey’s reputation."

"My microwave handle could not be repaired. LG microwave. So I needed a new microwave. I called LG to find out the dimensions. I looked online at RC Willey and found another LG that fit my dimensions. I called the Layton store spoke with the sales person… Todd B was his name, he was so nice. I really didn’t want to go into the store that day… He was very helpful and helping me make the decision to purchase the microwave over the phone. I did it he did everything he was supposed to do abs sent me the receipt. The installation company called me very professional sent me text messages. I scheduled it for Presidents’ Day installation. Then earlier this week I realized I could do it on Friday. I called the installation company back. They had an opening. The installation technician just left my house… So professional! It only took about 10-12 minutes for that install. I love the fact that I did not have to go into the store. Rc Willey, you are the best!"
