"My daughter and I went in on Sunday and we’re treated so so poorly.since there’s no fitting rooms available my daughter was trying on a jacket in one of the mirrors there and the rudest guy appeared and said in a very loud voice “u can’t use that mirror” I said “she’s trying to see how this jacket fits since there’s no fitting room” he was rude and kept harsssing us. We walked away and he followed us making snide remarks so I told him to leave us alone or I would tell the manager. He told us he was the assistant manager and said we were kicked out of the store. I was appalled. So my daughter stood in line to purchase our big cart of items and he proceeded to tell her she could not purchase the items. While doing this I watched from the front doors and he raised his voice and literally started yelling at her (she is 13 and was crying) he yelled in front of all the customers. I could not believe this so called assistants behavior. I’m 53 years I’ve never been treated so horribly was a store employee. Two other customers walked out after seeing the way he acted. He was bald skinny and covered in tattoos. Terrible representation of a store expecially one that’s supposed to be Christian. We won’t be back and if u don’t do drug testing for your employees I would suggest it. Thanks for your time"

"HORRIBLE customer service. I will not be going back. Me and my dad were looking at the things on the way out when they announced it is 6:58 and they were closing at 7. A short bald white guy with tattoos everywhere came up to my dad specifically and not me (my dad is Mexican and I'm mixed and look white) and told him to get out that we are closed. It was barely 7:00 and we were heading out and kept telling my dad things and asked if he needed to walk him out when he is a grown man and can walk out himself. I didn't get the employee's name but this is horrible customer service and obviously biased. And also goodwill does not take care of their things. I will definitely be going to desert industries or savers instead. I am very upset I had to witness that and I'm very upset my dad had to deal with that. You should not be employing people who have horrible customer service. Please address it so others do not need to deal with this when YOU are supposed to be helping customers and being kind."

"Woooooow. Never been treated so rudely by a MANAGER in my life. How dare I ask for a price on an item with no tag? Someone needs serious retail training. Also, can't help but mention they are charging MORE for items used than you could pay brand new at the Walmart across the street, so I just went there instead."

"I was really impressed with the organization of the store, the friendliness of the cashiers, and the brand-new products available. I was surprised at the price difference between them and neighboring thrift stores, though, especially how much more the furniture was priced at for pieces that were well-used/in poor condition."
