"The guys at the front were good, but the doctor seemed impatient by my questions and touted his many years in the business and many years of education. He made me feel like my questions were illegitimate. I'm sure my prescription is fine but I would not recommend this doctor."

"The independent eye doc at this location is the worst. No patience and is rude. Costco should consider finding a more friendly doctor to represent their brand at this location. It's independent but yeah...it still represents Costco for doing business with them."

"My Husband and I have gone there for several years, with just average, but not bad experiences. Well, that changed yesterday, if I could give 10 stars I would. We were helped by Ashley, who is the department manager, & it could not of been a more enjoyable experience. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and OH SO fun. I am grateful for her assistance. She does it the way its SUPPOSED to be done!!! Would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone going to Lehi Costco for their glasses."

"Have been going to this doctor for a couple years, and it’s been ok. My latest appointment was with a doctor who was filling in, and it was fantastic! 5 stars for the part time doc here. He answered all my questions that the usual doctor couldn’t be bothered with answering. Helped me actually understand my eye health. The young man at the desk was great and friendly and helpful. I actually recently went in when Costco made a mistake and ordered the wrong contacts. I went in and got it taken care of and they said I was welcome to step into the optometry office to switch them out quick. I did this, and it took all of 30 seconds. During that time, the doctor came out and reprimanded me for using his table, and how dare I be there while he is in the middle of an appointment. I was not in a patient room, just the waiting room literally for less than a minute, by invitation no less. He was quite rude and didn’t care why I was there, only that I was in his way. He definitely lost my business today. I’ll go to another Costco for my eye appts from now on. Worth the drive to have someone who actually wants to help you have healthy eyes."

"Started going here at least 3 years ago when another doctor could not get my prescription right. Come to find out he had one eye too strong. Just went again today, took 15 minutes to get back to my car including buying new contacts. Doctor is super fast, nice, can get me in the week I call, and made sure my daughter had a movie to watch while she waited. He was also extremely patient when my older daughter decided to try out contacts for the first time. Highly Recommend!"
