"Cheap and delicious! Can’t go wrong!"
"Ordered a whole pizza and took 33 minutes and 54 seconds on a day and time that is not busy. They had a issue with their kiosk which did not print out my order on the counter printer. I had to ask why my order was taking so long. Staff was not apologetic at all for the situation and delay. For a billion dollar company you would think they have a reliable and robust technological solution for their push on kiosk ordering."
"Don’t buy the mango smoothie! We used to always get the berry smoothie and decided to give this one a try. Ugh. What did I just swallow? Straight to the trash."
"I am sad to have to give this a three star review because I have usually had a really good experience at any Costco but we were unfortunate enough to stop by right when the new kiosks were introduced where you can use cards. We went and used it (which was pretty easy) and then got a number to take to the front. It was very weird and no one knew what was going on, so that was chaotic. When we got to the front, they informed us that what we ordered (two chicken bakes) were currently being cooked and it would be an additional 10 minutes waiting for it. As we had already paid, we didn't feel like we could back out then and we would have not ordered it if we knew it would be a long wait. I think this might get better, but there are a lot of kinks to work out."
