If Jordan Gateway Walmart pharmacy has zero fans, that is impossible because they take such good care of me so there will always be one fan."

"My wife had knee surgery and this Walmart Pharmacy would not fill her doctor's prescription. The first visit they said it needed to be re-written clearly and was missing info. We are now at day two without pain pills and return with a 2nd very clearly re-written prescription from her doctor...and NOW they say that they feel like the dose is unsafe and against their "policy" and will not fill it. That is NOT for them to decide! That is the doctor's job to decide what is safe. I asked to see a policy that states this nonsense...Sherry said she didn't have to provide any documents...that its not her job! I requested to have the issue put into writing for her doctor to understand why the script cannot be filled, and she refused. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. I had to take her prescription paper out of her hand, she seemed like she didn't want to return it too me on top of refusing to fill it! My wife has been using this pharmacy for the last 7 years or more, and have had this med filled there years prior. We have already requested her meds be transferred to another pharmacy. My wife had to wait over 27 hours for someone willing to help get her relief! Sherry you have the worst customer service when it comes to this supposed Store policy that I can not see or be shown."

"Super thankful for the pharmacist and tech who helped us get our daughters prescription at the end of a Friday night. Unfortunately we came in at 6:55 which was not our plan but they were so willing to help us. They were pleasant and helpful the whole time even though we kept them past 7 PM. We really appreciate their kindness and attention to our family and helping us get this prescription so she would have it for the weekend."

"I have used this pharmacy a lot! The staff are all knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I am continuously impressed by the imformative and personable pharmacists at the SoJo Gateway Walmart. Consultations with them are actually kind of fun... which sounds weird I know... but I always learn something. They know their stuff but they are also kind and down-to-earth. Plus I love using the walmart app for my refills; so easy!"
