CVS Pharmacy

"I would rate CVS Store 10578 a zero if it were an option. Dropped of two Rxs at 2:36 pm and told it would take 2 hours. Got a text that they were ready. My daughter went to pick up meds only to be given one and told the other wasn’t ready. Spent 23 minutes on the phone trying to get someone in person via the phone tree. In that time, wife and daughter actually went to the pharmacy and picked up the other med, which had been done but the lazy tech just didn’t get it from the bin. This has been an increasing problem. When I asked if they could improve communication, and state that the drugs would take more than 5 hours to fill, they said no. Had I been told accurately, I could’ve found another pharmacy. In a haphazard attempt to keep me as a customer by telling me a shorter time, they lost me. I’m don’t with that CVS and all CVS pharmacies. I implore you to do the same."

"Normally I would give my local CVS at least 4 stars but today was the second time I have had a negative experience with the same employee. I felt it warranted a 2 star rating. I got to CVS to pick up a prescription and the employee or manager running the register did not acknowledge me for several minutes. This same employee spoke VERY rudely to other employees in front of me in a seperate incident and I got the impression she may be a manager of some sort. My intent on writing this review is to encourage employees to at least say " I will be right with you" if they are busy rather than ignoring me. Please don't be rude to your fellow employees in front of me it is VERY unprofessional and frankly, unkind. Otherwise I appreciate the service I usually receive at this CVS."

"I knew it was a busy time to pick up my prescription after work. Even though they are very busy, the assistant was patient and made me feel comfortable, relaxed. It was refreshing not to be just a number."

"The pharmacist/manager is the most amazing woman in the world. Truthfully cares about her patients so much, extremely helpful with orders, even calls with any questions immediately so there is no problem with medications. Very committed to her employees and patients, so if there is a problem with anything, she will put herself in the patients shoes to figure it out(imo). She goes above and beyond for the incredible service that she provides to the customer."

"My experience with this location has always been good, I travel from eagle mountain to this location because the CVS near me at times dose not have enough to fill my prescription and the West Jordan location has been very dependable, however I have been experiencing a bite of unhappiness from this particular young lady at the drive up window yesterday morning my experience was not pleasant this particular young lady she was very rude I greeted her as I always do with a good morning she returned by saying what’s your name and date of birth then came back to say one script is ready check back in 1/2 hour for the other one I asked why so long because it had been almost an hour the script was sent over she said we are extremely busy and closed the window, so on my return in 1/2 hour I went inside where the pharmacist greeted me as a customer should be she helped me with very pleasant attitude. “If you are not happy with your job remember there is always someone out there to replace you who might"
