"As a first, I actually checked out the facilities when I stopped to renew today. I was appalled at how incredibly unsanitary the women's restroom was. Pictures say it all. I didn't see a checklist of cleanliness and accountability but I didn't spend much time looking."
"This is my go to Sam’s Club but recently they have added more online order pickup parking stalls. They had 5 to begin with and they were never full that I saw. Now they have a total of 13 that are for sure never used. So now they have all these empty stalls close to the store that are always empty."
"This review is strictly for George in the Café area. My friends and I had ordered food from the app due to not having a wallet handy. The app was closed. George covered our meal out of the kindness of his heart. We of course paid him back shortly after; however, the impression he left on us was astonishing. George is a true hero of the customer service business. I will continue to refer people to this store. Thank you George!"
"Got there to pick up a birthday cake, lady made me wait because I was early... ok but no one else was waiting. Didn't argue that, told her I would wait there. 35 minutes later, wrong cake. I show her the picture of what I showed when I ordered, she said she would take 10 minutes to do it. Why couldn't the 1st time also take 10 minutes? Decided to wait, but got wrong flavor. Didn't want to wait again so I took it. Get home and notice she misspelled happy. Like really???? Ruin a birthday cake. Won't be ordering there anymore. Plus there was like 7 people just standing around talking while I was waiting- no help."
"Five star experience. The staff were friendly, personable, and professional. I learned the left over roasted chicken are chopped up and sold at a discounted price then if those aren’t sold they are used for making dog food. I waste!! I also witnessed an associate spraying down carts with disinfectant. I am so glad to be a member!! I will be back."
