"This Target has really gone down hill in the last couple years when it comes to customer service. I picked up a few items today and spent over $50 and one of the items on clearance rang up full price at self checkout. When I call the employee over and let her know she scanned the item with her hand held device and said she could not find it but if I wanted to go clear back to the back of the store and take a pic she would give me that price. Really!! Walmart would have sent someone back. Better customer service at wally world I guess. very disappointed Target. Do better"

"I don’t live in this area but had just left a friend’s house and stopped in for a few necessities. First stop was sour cream. There 3 left of the target brand in the size i needed. I understand things will be bare in a Saturday night. Two of them expire TWO WEEKS ago and one expired today. Next stop was produce. The date on all of the green onions WAS A WEEK AND A HALF AGO. I quickly left the section where anything could expire, got the few other things I needed and made my way to check out. They had one register with a cashier open and this was the line for self check out. If I wasn’t completely out of TP, I would have just left."

"Ugh, what has happened to Target? Do you remember when they first arrived on the scene? It was a breath of fresh air, and now it's a gross Walmart, which is saying a LOT! I don't shop Walmart for all the obvious reasons but after my trip to Target yesterday it's off my list too. The curation, organization, and even the team are just not well done any more. After picking my way through piles of merchandise left behind just to see what kind of wrapping paper options there were, having to avoid loads of abandoned carts and strangely luggage strewn all over the aisles, I made my way to an actual person for check out. I didn't receive a hello, no eye contact, and finally at the end Aurora actually said "Here's your receipt". That's it, I'm not going back, I don't care if they have things I could use. I'm done. I'm done with the big box stores not caring at all but just taking for granted that they have what we need and we'll deal with whatever they give us. It's embarrassing to put yourself in that type of experience and I want to spend my money, time and intention elsewhere."

"What a mess. Every isle, every display! The entire store is a disaster! Not sure the manager is on site and clearly they don’t care what the store looks like. No need to go back."

"It’s a smaller one but still nice. Employees were super quick and nice in the electronics section. I pushed the call button and someone was there to help within 60 seconds so that was impressive!"
