"I was at the store to check a tire that had a screw threaded. After the verification, I was told that there was no repair due to the location. So far so good. But they said the tire was leaking. But the screw had been for several days and I didn't notice any emptying. I got scared and ended up buying a new tire. After I left the store I felt deceived. Because I saw that they wanted me to buy the tire anyway. And he concluded that the tire wasn't leaking. They used this to force me to buy a new one. Bad experience. I won't go back to this store anymore."

Don't listen to the negative reviews about the doors being locked on Labor day. Really? If you can't understand why they are closed on a holiday, wake up, they like holidays off too!"
"Dropped by on labor day. The hours online says they're supposed to be open, but even though the open sign was turned on and the lights were all on inside, the doors were locked and nobody was answering the phone. Several other customers came by while I waited to see if anybody would actually come get the doors and most of them left once they realized the door was locked. I usually have great experiences with Big O, but what's the deal with this one? Like at least put a sign up if you're closed for the holiday, or leave your open sign off..."
