"Customer Satisfaction is a priority here! After being a happy customer for quite some time, I was ready to write off Steve's Auto due to a terrible experience. They do have some highly qualified and great mechanics, but it only takes one bad one to lose a customer. I brought my truck there for a driveline issue and they tried to sell me a new transmission for $7000, without showing me any evidence. I was furious and felt ripped off vowing never to return. To my surprise, Jared reached out and he was very apologetic, understanding, and made things right. He was honest and respectful. He won back my business, and I will give Steve's another chance. It’s not every day that a business goes to these efforts to ensure customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend giving them a try."
"I Have had multiple bad experiences taking vehicles here. They always “find” a bunch of problems that need fixed when realistically they are just basic things to check. They want your money.. The guy I talk with at the front desk was very rude to me and his co workers, yelling and cussing and such."
