"People were nice but service was slower than I thought possible. When I showed up there were 3 cars and 5+ employees so it saw slow(I’ve worked at a tire and club shop before). They said it would take about 45 minutes which is reasonable. After an hour I found out they hadn’t even started working on my vehicle. It was parked it in a bay and left it there. There was no major influx in customers or anything it just took them an hour and a half for no reason they could explain."

"I almost never leave a negative review. However, the amount of time it took to complete the oil change & the tire rotation, with what appeared to be a well-staffed shop, I will have to think twice before returning. Staff is friendly & they do quality work."

"I hate leaving bad reviews but I am so frustrated with the amount of wasted time coming here to get my tires replaced. First, I ordered 4 tires for my car. They were delivered, I made an appointment to get them installed and it took them about 3 hours to only put the front tires on because they could put the rear tires on because the car needed a different size. I understood that part. That should have been my first warning, I ordered the rear tires for my car, made an appointment to get them installed. I got a notification the day before my appointment that the tires were delayed and my appointment was canceled, then the day of when my appointment was supposed to be, I got a notification that my tires had arrived and were ready for pick up, I called to see if I could get them mounted that same day and they said they would fit me in, which I was grateful for. I dropped my car off at 11:15 am. They said they would text me to tell me my car was ready. At 3:30pm I checked the app and it said my car was ready so I go pick up my car only to be told that they couldn’t put the tires on because the lug nuts wouldn’t come out and that they had put the tires in the back of the car for me. I was fuming because NO ONE had called me to notify me and I pretty much wasted 6 HOURS waiting for my car to have NOTHING done. The lack of communication is what is most frustrating. I took my car somewhere else and they were able to put the tires on in 20 minutes. Never coming here again."

"I would give them no stars if it was possible. I came in Saturday because my passenger side back tire had a screw inside of it. I was told it would be a 6 hour wait and that I should make an appointment. I made an appointment for 7am Monday September 18, 2023. I came in this morning and the one tire change took almost an hour. Then in the system they couldn't find my road side warranty for that particular tire, I then went out to my car and found the receipt. On my way back one of the employees Jorge or Francisco said "oh no here he comes" in a mocking manner towards me. When I came back the employee Austin asked if he could help take of one customers before ringing me out, I said yes and he didn't come back for almost 40 minutes helping out several customers. I called and asked for the store manager, one of the managers came and Austin said the tread on my tire was really worn out and it would be like a 10 dollar discount. My tire was under a year old. I waited almost an extra hour, that Austin made me wait for no reason to check out and I was mocked by the staff and I believe my discount should have been more than 10 dollars! I will not be coming back. Do yourself a favor and do not go here!"
