Big O Tires

"Years ago, I had a wheel sensor on a minivan that had gone bad. This made the ABS light come on. I had been quoted by another mechanic (he did not tell me it was a wheel sensor) that it would be $850.00 to service the ABS system and fix the problem. I took the car to Big O for some tires. They came back and told me the problem they had diagnosed and it was a very reasonable price. I can't remember specifically how much now, but I think at the time it was less than $100.00 (might have been less than $50.00) anyway, I approved the repair and was on my way. I haven't had a problem with the system since. From that day till this, I have been a loyal customer. They are always honest and prompt and either getting what I need done, or at least setting up an appointment in a few days. I never get the run around and they treat me honestly. When it comes to tires, there are sometimes less expensive options, but let's be honest here, we are talking a few bucks here or there. Having a competent, honest, person servicing my car is more important to me than saving a nominal amount. I recommend Big O, the north Orem Location specifically."

"Unfortunately hit a barricade with my Jeep thanks to ice in Provo canyon. My alignment was super messed up. Having going through that, experiencing the AMAZING customer service provided by these guys was the biggest blessing. Specifically mentioning Keller here, he came outside, as it was snowing to meet me at my car. He was a very friendly person who was extremely helpful and understanding. "Went here for an oil change. As part of their standard inspections they looked at my engine air filter and battery and in the process broke some plastic and didn’t put the bolts back in. They didn’t bother to tell me. They’ve been great for tires and oil changes but I hesitate to come back if they break or lose parts without telling me. :("

"JONES IS THE BEST!!! I have never had an auto place take such good care of me before in my life!!! My car had some problems with the brakes that resulted in both a tire and the spare going flat, leaving me stranded. I called this location and one of the employees, Jones, personally came to my house to fill up my spare tire so I wouldn't have to pay to tow my car 1 mile to their location. Then, he found exactly what was wrong with my car and patiently walked me through what was wrong, what needed fixing, and how the price added up. He even went out of his way to lower the cost for me and gave me time and space to call a relative to talk about the issues with them before making a decision. I wasn't pressured into getting more work done than I wanted, like so many other places do, and Jones was totally respectful about letting me make the call on what I wanted to do. On top of all that, I was given a loaner car to drive at no extra cost while I waited for my repairs, since they were anticipated to take a few hours. If you want to be taken care of and get your money's worth, THIS is the place to go! (And thank you, Christmas angel Jones!)"

"Every time I need to get anything done on my car whether it’s tires, brakes, suspension or accessories I will ALWAYS go to this specific location of Big O. They are CRAZY fast, super affordable, very accommodating and provided the best customer service possible. I was blown away by what a great experience I had, they told me it would take about 2 hrs to finish my truck but they got it done in 30 minutes. Before you assume that I was asked to give a review for some sort of the benefit, the answer is no. They didn’t ask me to say this but they went above and beyond to help me which is hard to find these days. Overall these guys are rockstars and I will always use them in the future!"
