"Tried this place out because we got a $15 off coupon in the mail so I figured it would be cheaper than any other place. All in paid almost $120 for an oil change and air filter. Granted, my truck takes 7 liters and I did synthetic, but still feel like it would have been $30-40 cheaper elsewhere based on past experience. Workers were very nice respectful, and courteous, but I ended up waiting for 2 cars in front of me which took about a half hour to forty minutes. That plus the oil change and full inspection ended up taking about an hour all together."

"Because I requested full synthetic oil, they used a pitcher to pour oil into engine fill port without using a funnel and sloppily spilled oil all over my valve cover and down onto exhaust headers. They poured or sprayed a little washer fluid to “clean” it off but by the time I got home had oil dripping all over my driveway. They also left oil dripping from the oil filter drain deflector that Ford F-150 has mounted over front axle of truck. It could have been as simple as wiping the drain deflector up after the new oil filter is installed. Also they didn’t clean my front windshield but did do that to that car next to me. I have worked in this type of business when I was in college and have changed my own oil so I am familiar with the challenges of draining and filling oil, but at least care enough to be careful filling or cleaning up the mess. I will not be returning to this location on Main Street in Spanish Fork UT. This place used to be the Valvoline Express Care, but recently bought out by Oil Changers. Other than that the service was quick, the employees were friendly enough, and cost was fairly competitive."

"This Oil-N-Go location is absolutely the best place I have ever gone to get an oil change! There were at least five mechanics working on my car and did an absolutely awesome job!!! They did exactly what I asked for and didn't seem to mind my questions! And yes, being able to sit in my car and watch what is being done is totally amazing!! They checked my tire pressure, washed the windshield, pulled air filter so I could see it, but did not try to push me into getting a new one, like all other places do! I asked for a specific oil and they totally accommodated my request! Everyone was so friendly! I will definitely be back and recommend this place completely!!"
