"1st time in was a weird experience - lots of signs in the lobby that penalize and limit the customer, no one in lobby to greet for appt and shop door says employees only so I called the phone after 5 min. Was later quoted $606.86 for a single tie rod replacement. Google says going rate is $175-$400. Google was right - elsewhere... 2 star because they didn't charge me for the front end alignment / diagnosis."
"Update: back to 2 stars. ...second opinion just told me the brakes are fine... and I just realized they must have broken my glove box while pulling out the cabin filter. Shelly is nice though. Too bad her guys aren't great. Update: 4 stars tried again and came in the evening. They did a great job; only 15 min wait, and let me know my front brakes were dangerously low. They were great at communicating with all of the customers about what was going on. The car I brought in today can only take synthetic, so that wasn't an issue. Original: 2 stars I really wanted to like this place. I've tried 2 others in town and I was hoping Shelly would use a less expensive non-name brand oil or be quicker or something. They have a lot of good reviews here. They automatically put in synthetic instead of asking what I'd prefer and they use the Castrol name-brand. Also, they don't open until 9, but the mechanics wander into work an hour late... So, I actually came 3 times before I got service. Oil changes usually take 15-30 minutes but Shelly's took an entire hour. The lobby is very comfortable, with a nice leather couch and seats. And it's quiet and peaceful. So if you've got nothing on your schedule and like a slow town feel, you might like this place."
"Amazing service and great pricing. My family broke down while traveling and Shelly tried to get my van fixed after the shop had already closed. She wanted to get us back on the road. Unfortunately, the part wasn’t in stock, so she special ordered it overnight and they worked on my vehicle the very next morning. Shelly went out of her way and did great work. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
