"I called and got an appointment for 12pm. I got there and they said it would take 1 hour to replace my tires. THREE hours later they finished. THREE. Several times I went to check on the car and there was nobody working on it. Kept saying only two people were working, but I saw nobody working on anything for a long time. If you only have one car and limited time, please never come to this location!!"
"We have had problems with our tire sensors and have visited several mechanics without any success in resolving the issue. I stopped by this tire center just because I happened to be in the area. Drew was super kind and was able to take a look at the car and fix the problem all within an hour. And the bill was less than half of the quotes I had received from every other tire shop. Well done, Walmart Tire--you have earned yourself a new customer."
"We love this location. The manager is a rockstar. He always makes sure we have a great experience. We get our tires replaced, oil changed, headlights cleaned and windshield wipers replaced. They really are great. It was really hard during COVID when this location was closed."
"Took my car oil in for an oil change and immediately after my car started leaking oil which it wasn’t doing before. Within two weeks of the change my car was two quarts low!!! Took it to another Walmart auto store and they redid the change and amazingly the leak stopped. Not sure what went wrong but I would NOT trust my car to this crew again. It literally looked like a bunch of kids fresh out of high school were working there."
"I needed a tire replaced, I brought in the wheel and tire only. Talked to a guy who came out within about 30 seconds, told him what I needed. He had 2 different tire options, that were within my price range. I picked one, he said give them about 20-30 minutes. No worries we go do some shopping, about 20 minutes in we swing back by as the guy is calling us on the intercom. Tire was done, balanced, priced exactly as quoted. Just used that tire to drive to Phoenix, good deal."
