Eric was very professional and prompt and got the truck in with less than 12 hours notice. Due to workload and responsibilities he was delayed in finishing the evaluation. He stayed after hours in order to complete the job. He gave me detailed answers to my list of questions and components that I wanted checked. He even sent pictures.
