"I would recommend that you not ship anything from this store or with UPS for that matter. I intend to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Utah Division of Consumer Protection. I shipped 6 boxes from this location. I used moving boxes because ups did not have big enough boxes. I spent 400.00. At no time was I told the boxes did not meet certification for shipping. 5 of the boxes arrived just fine, but a sixth box was perforated with something sharp leaving a gaping hole in side of box. Unfortunately, there was a vintage lampshade in the sixth box. It was also perforated and ruined as a result. The customer service has been non existent. I didn’t receive a response at all from management until I sent a second email. I received a response that she would see what she could do and get back to me, but the boxes were not certified. Nothing. There has been no response or follow through. I tried to resolve this with the store but they apparently could care less. So I will be writing reviews on as many platforms as I can and writing to BBB and Division of Consumer Protection. It wouldn’t matter what kind of box was used, it would have also been perforated whatever did the damage would have damaged any box. The shade belonged to my 88 year old father. The shade has to be remade as we have been unable to find a replacement. This will cost us 350.00. Do beware. Neither the owner/ management of this store has shown any courtesy, or taken responsibility for damaging the box and shade with something sharp. It clearly was damaged by poor handling and UPS has been unprofessional and unresponsive. I am totally disgusted with the lack of response from the management and will not only never use this store again, I will not ship with UPS again. The shade was on top of old linens and wrapped around outside with giant bubbles. Inside was stuffed with bubble wrap. It would have been fine if a sharp object had not penetrated the side of the box. Do yourself a favor ship USPS or Fed Ex . The store should feel ashamed of itself for how it treated an 88 year old elderly man on a fixed income."
