"I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Sonata 10/14/2022. Unfortunately, I did not notice the chipped paint and of course, my salesman did not disclose this. The paint has significantly peeled off since then and both times I've taken my car in for an oil change, I was told they'd look into fixing my paint but no one has reached out. I also brought up an issue with my screeching brakes the first oil change. I was told it was the mounts and that I'd have to speak to my salesman about getting covered. I called my salesman who claimed he would speak to the manager but I did not receive a call back. I'd also like to point out that when I purchased my car, the seats, interior roof, interior windows and exterior were filthy. I took it in the following business day to have my car "detailed" and it looked terrible. It looked like my seats and car were wiped with a cloth. I was at work ~5 minutes when they "finished" and the salesman drive my car to me but arrived ~15 minutes late. I regret buying my car here and definitely overpaid for this car. I'm stuck with thousands left on my loan for this eyesore of a car. This was by far the worst car experience."
