"I used to print things here all the time. They used to have a computer here I could print things off and pay for them. Last time I went, they said I had to e-mail them now, no computer for me to do it myself. Fine. Today I e-mailed them and then they charged me $1 to process it for 3/4 hour labor? It was literally 2 pages and I got charged $1.63 for it. Hope you enjoy that sweet, sweet $1 for that "email-print labor" and losing my business forever."

They lost my package and took my insurance money. They said I can't even make an insurance claim. They are washing their hands clean of this when they were THE LAST KNOWN HOLDERS. Insurance is a fraud. Beau, who works there is also a fraud scammer."
