"Overall, it's one of the best Wendy's I've eaten at. This time, I used a coupon and the frosty keychain, which made my total come to just over $2. Not bad for a Dave's double cheeseburger and orange Dreamsicle frosty. The man who took my order was very courteous and friendly."
"They were busy so food took a little extra time. The manager apologized for taking longer than usual. Our order was correct and tasted delicious."
"The food was just as great as always. There was one situation where we almost got gross food but one of the employees caught it and fixed the situation before we took it. One guy seemed to be on top of things while the rest seemed like they were struggling. When they took the order they also asked it in a weird way and was short with me when I asked him to repeat what he said. Overall it wasn't a terrible experience. If I used the kiosk instead of the drive thru I'm sure I would have rated this closer to a 5"
"I went here tonight and had to come on to give a good review. I don’t usually have the best experiences at this Wendy’s, but today was another story. I brought my family in after we had attended Pinner’s conference in Salt Lake City. We were super tired and super hungry. We ordered our food, and they gave us a discount code and they were really polite. We also were able to buy one of the Halloween frosty coupon books, and get everybody a frosty for a dollar. The service was quick, the food was fresh, and they have really improved their service. I will definitely be returning. I’m so glad we have an awesome Wendy’s again so close to home. And don’t be afraid to go in and eat. The dining area was super clean had all the condiments we needed."
"Terrible experience I went to this location around 11 o’clock and I ordered some chicken nuggets and some fries a combo meal.. it was a large. When I got home not only were the fries a small size but they were stale and also only half of the small fry container was filled. I can back before they closed. Just a couple minutes before they closed and when I got to the door. They where laughing at me and smirking at each other making fun of me “ why is he coming all the way back for some fries” as well with literally cursing at me in Spanish and talking smack. Little do they know that I speak and understand Spanish fluently."
