"The tater tots looked pretty beat up, they forgot my icing and they never updated the tracker so I let my food sit there 20 minutes until I called and asked if they were making my food."
"I know it’s hard to rate a fast food franchise but all I can think off is that I never had a problem with order pick ups or delivery. It’s always on time and usually fast even during the weekends."
"The food was delicious and the employees were very friendly. I ordered ahead online. I accidentally submitted my order twice. An employee called me to confirm my order. He was very nice and understanding about the mishap. My order was hot and ready when I arrived to pick it up."
"Living down the road from this dominos, it’s really sad they don’t do a better job. Generally we wait 3 times longer from when than the app says your order is ready. It’s happened several times where we show up to get our order because it is placed as “ready” by the app, and we end up waiting longer because they “gave it to someone else.” Because we wait so long our food is generally cold, which is odd because they always let us know they made it fresh for us. They also seem to go by the percentage of tip you give. So if you don’t tip well, you’ll experience even more issues. Super disappointing."
