"Boy is that environment disgusting… Manager was nice guy but that place is unbelievably gross. As we were eating my wife even said it’s making her food taste worse. Employees had 0 care in the world and could tell they have no accountability from their managers… On their phone taking phone calls making customers wait, going out to their car to grab stuff… overall poor experience. Firehouse is great but this location is not it."
"Came to get sandwiches just now and the employee was blowing big vape clouds right in front of the store when we pulled up then proceeded to go inside and make our sandwiches without washing his hands very unprofessional employee had gauges and a big beard/mustache. Then immediately after making my sandwiches then proceeded to go back out front and keep blowing big vape clouds right in front of the door."
"Sandwich was absolutely awful. Slimy terrible quality. Cut Sandwich with a marinara covered knife for a bbq Sandwich. Completely careless. I knew I should have walked right away with the huge amount of massive fruit Flies all over the place in December. Only 2 other people and the wait was 20min. Almost 15 dollars for a terrible Sandwich. Ended up eating next door. Total waste of money"
"Made a mistake on my order and the assistant manager, Kathy, was all over it and helped me out without a big fuss. She's awesome. The food is always good and they are innovative and updating with new stuff often enough"
