"I've been on a search for a new pharmacy since sos closed. I picked reams because they were local and had good reviews. I was happy with them until this last round of illnesses. First they didn't start prepping the meds because they thought they didn't have insurance info (they did... They just didn't have my daughter's account linked to my account). They did this twice once with each daughter, even after I asked them to use the same info. Then they didn't have two of the meds in stock (one was an antibiotic I needed to start right away so I had to go somewhere else anyway). I got a text saying things were ready when they weren't. Then they forgot to reconstitute a medication so I came home and found a powder instead of a liquid. This happened all within a space of a week. They still got 3 stars because of past positive experiences. I'm not sure if they have a new system or employee, but hopefully they can get back to their good service I used to enjoy."

"I am comparing Walgreens and Reams pharmacy. Reams is so much easier and hardly any wait time. I should have done this years ago to avoid waiting in line for 30 to 45 minute at Walgreens to pick up medications that were called in in advance. Thank goodness for small town Pharmacy setups that I don't have to deal with big box Pharmacy such as CVC and Walgreens, etc.. another reason to support local businesses!!"
