"Coming here was not a great experience for me. It's been almost a year now since they "fixed" my car and I have regretted going there since. They never fully completed my car. There are still dents that should have been corrected. They broke things that they denied breaking. The headliner, and the clips on the plastics in the back. I'm very sad and it's been a struggle dealing with since. They were given several attempts to correct wrong doings. They also have a paint booth inside the shop and they leave the doors to that booth open and I'm STILL trying to remove overspray from my car. They had my car for so long, that I finally gave up giving them chances to fix it right. They are pretty nice people for sure, and I don't feel they maliciously did this stuff, I just wish they would have done better because I really just want my cat tp be perfect again."

"Needed a bumper repair and resonator replacement after a snow-related car accident. The employee working with me, Oscar, kept in constant contact. He speedily got an estimate on the repair, the parts ordered and prepared, and the repair finished. The entire experience was fast, convenient, and overall very positive. "My wife went to lunch with friends and left her car in the parking lot for three hours. When she walked up to it she found a nice note on the windshield, saying, "I hit a pickup truck and it may have dented your bumper (and broke the turn signal lens)". The writer left a phone number. My wife called the number, spoke with the woman, hung up, and said, "No way she dented the bumper." Fine. I called a friend with skills (Nathan) who recommended Russ's Body Works. I looked them up, and took the car in for an estimate. A day later I received their estimate via email, it seemed fair, so I accepted their bid. They said if we made a 10% deposit on the repair they would get the replacement parts, paint them, and call us back when they were ready. I took them a check. A few days later they called to say the turn signal lens was only available at a Chevy dealer, and that it was pricey. I asked them to get it from the dealer and adjust their bid. A few more days passed, they called to say we could bring it down and that the repair would take about four hours. Perfect!. They replaced the bumper and lens and it looks crisp and new. I recommend this shop to anyone with a dinged car. They do quality work and keep you informed. It's like having it done by friends with skills."

"HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Chris and his team worked magic on my Jeep! After I hit a deer they repaired all the damage and honestly my car looks better now than when I first bought it. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time, and Chris is very friendly and helpful answering all my questions and giving me status updates.
